This is an office based role and the ideal candidate will need to currently live within commuting distance of Penistone.

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organised Project Coordinator to support our site access team.

We are looking for an experienced client facing Project Coordinator with great communication skills, the ability to multitask and produce work to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling of our engineers
Coordinating with clients to schedule works
Managing workflow to meet client deadlines
Updating all trackers in line with customer commitments
Fluid communication with Airports, Railways and local councils
Regular client communication
Managing completed works for billing
Meeting operational targets set by the management team
Covering of other roles where required by the business to complete business activities

Required:

Proficient in Microsoft packages
Strong knowledge & background in Excel
A strong background in scheduling and planning
Highly organised

Ability to develop strong relationships
